When you complete the Autonomy Index questionnaire, we collect your answers, the WhatsApp number you share with us (if you provide one) and the result generated from them: your level, your score and the recommendations.

These answers are processed through third-party artificial intelligence models located outside Mexico, in order to run an automated evaluation of your autonomy level and prepare your recommendations.

Based on that processing we send emails automatically: one to you, with your diagnosis and your next step, and another to the DICHARD team, with the internal analysis of your case.

Both your answers and the results are stored on servers located in the United States.

The purpose of this processing is to build your diagnosis and offer you the DICHARD services that match your result.

You can exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and objection) and withdraw at any time the consent you granted when submitting the questionnaire, by writing to us at [email protected].
