1. Services

Dichard designs, implements and maintains automation and artificial intelligence solutions for businesses, including, but not limited to, lead automation, chatbots, automated reports, email marketing, systems integration and application development. The results, metrics and objectives mentioned on the site or in proposals are illustrative and may vary depending on the business, the industry and the particular conditions of each client. They do not constitute a guarantee of specific economic results.

2. Contracting and payments

The prices of plans and services are expressed in US dollars (USD) and, unless otherwise stated, are billed monthly. Contracting a plan implies acceptance of the price in effect at the time of subscription.

Payments are processed through external payment providers. Access to the services may be suspended in the event of non-payment. Any applicable taxes are the client's responsibility.

3. Client obligations

The client agrees to provide truthful information and the necessary access for the correct provision of the service, as well as to use the solutions in accordance with the law and the policies of the third-party platforms involved (for example, messaging providers, CRM or social networks).

4. Intellectual property

The brand, the website and the materials developed by Dichard are the property of the Company. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives a license to use the configurations and deliverables developed specifically for their operation while their contract remains in effect.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the sensitive information shared during the business relationship and to use it solely for the purposes of the contracted project.
